• Our longtime friend and renowned Gypsy Jazz instructor Christiaan Van Hemert, returning for his third time (offering workshops for violin and guitar).
• Our next special guest is none other than Gypsy Jazz legend Hono Winterstein. Known to many as the rhythm guitarist for Bireli Lagrene, he is one of the true masters of Gypsy Jazz rhythm and will be with us for two days, sharing tips and tricks on rhythm playing.
• Daniel Gueli, the Dutch virtuoso bassist, will also be joining as a tutor. He plays as a sideman for Stochelo and Mozes Rosenberg, Paulus Schäfer, and the Gismo Graf Trio. As a special treat, he’ll be performing with his group, the Marcia Bamberg Swing Quartet.
• Of course, Gismo and Joschi Graf will also be holding workshops and will be on hand to answer all your questions.This will likely be the biggest and most diverse Gypsy Guitar Weekend to date!
